Dead Shed

Despite how it looks, no, a hurricane did not blow through town. Evvie's finally big enough to help me remove all the seized-up screws and rusted parts from our terrible shed, so we tore the thing down.

Smiths in Maine

To celebrate spring and the birth of Levi, Smiths travelled from far and wide into Bath for a family get-together.

Not having our camera working for most of the trip, we missed out on capturing a lot of images for the Smith convergence in Maine. A couple of these pictures come from Griffin and Ruby's Blog. Check 'em out.




Collecting acorns and throwing them off the balcony was a major feature of the weekend.

Bathing Boy

In an excitable big-sister kind of way, Evelyn helped Levi get clean. Both were excellent, and Levi was very calm and sedate in the tub. (Until the bath was over, then ALL HELL broke loose!)

Swimming?

Here's another playground picture, in case you've forgotten how much Evvie likes them. We were supposed to be swimming, but... it's Easter morning and the place is shut down for the holiday. (What does the "C" in YMCA stand for, dummy?!)

Evelyn's disappointed. I've got just seconds to mitigate a meltdown...aha! The playground!

It was windy, chilly, and we had the place to ourselves.

An hour and a half later, we finally come home.
