Bradbury Mountain Hike

We took a nice family hike at Bradbury Mountain State Park this weekend. It was pretty foggy at the top, but the kids both surprised us with their stamina. (Of course it's not a long hike, but they're little). Levi was especially into the climbing and just motored up the thing. Check out the video to hear him chatter about it.

We'd been meaning to take some shots in front of the crabapple tree while it was still in bloom.... Pretty near made it, too. Fun pix of Hallie & the kids just having a nice afternoon at home.

Smith Visit: Levi's Party

Well, Evelyn decided that Levi should have dogies for his birthday cake since he's so into them, so after a morning of group decorating, here's the cake(s)!

After that, we headed outside for some of that (almost) warm sunshine.

Griffin had a good idea by bringing te canoe into the bog, so...

...everybody got on board!

Smith Visit: Reid Day

A brisk day at the beach didn't keep us from having a great time. We had a cookout at a charcoal pit and then, elieve it or not, played in the waves.

Some waves were avoided...
...some were not!


Levi's lips tell us it's time to head back to the cars. We're soooo looking forward to this same spot IN AUGUST!

Thomas Point on the Boy's 2nd Birthday

It was Levi's true birthday, but we didn't really tell him that. We were waiting for his SMith cousins to visit next week to really celebrate, so Grampa and Grammy Prince came down for a low-key excursion to Thomas Point Beach.

New Hampshire end of season

We took a great weekend trip to visit Nate, SUzanne & baby Amelia, and squeezed in what would end up being the last ski of the year. The kids squeezed together into a shared pulka when Evelyn got tired. A few M&M's late ans she was god to go, skiing about 3 miles by herself!
