Islesboro Fun

Crabs! Urchins! Starfish! Islesboro is teeming with life, and we added to it when we visited our friends Adam and Erin. The ferry ride to and from the island is a perfect bookend to this fun getaway spot.



Mama caught a cute starfish! It posed for this picture then went back into the drink.








After a super yummy cookout of sausage and asparagus we explored the beach and surf.

Apple Picking

Hallie, Evvie and Levi went to Rocky Ridge Orchards to pick some yummy apples (later turned into Apple Pie, and Apple Crisp!). Our friends Michelle, Seb, and Fletcher had a great time, too (although the spooky Halloween-themed props were a bit kuch for some of them!)

Grandma Sue and the Aquarium

A Canada trip brought Grampa Jim northward, and along came Rosie-Dog and Grandma Sue for a five day visit! The Maine State Aquarium in Boothbay Harbor was the highlight of the trip, along with the everyday wackiness of family fun.

A usually very happy baby ha been uncomfortable and cranky of late. The reasons why finally poked through his bottom gums on Saturday.
